Cad Bot generates geometry from your descriptions on a best-effort basis. Generated models are yours to use, including commercially. Verify critical dimensions and printability before manufacturing; the service is provided as-is without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Paid plans are billed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the charge. Parameter slider rebuilds are not billed. See pricing and privacy.

Billing and refunds

Starter ($12/month, 40 generations) and Pro ($29/month, 200 generations) renew automatically until you cancel in Waffo checkout or from the Cad Bot account page. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Digital access starts as soon as payment confirms.

Refunds: first-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if they have used under 20% of that plan’s generation quota. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. If Cad Bot is down for more than 72 hours because of us, we will refund or extend the period in proportion. Where EU/UK cooling-off rights apply, those rights stay in place. Email cdstone.guo@gmail.com with the account email and transaction id; we confirm within 2 business days and complete eligible refunds in 5–10 business days. Used generations after those windows are not refunded.

Acceptable use and termination

Do not scrape Cad Bot, run bots against the free daily allowance, share one paid seat as a public generation service, or try to generate weapons, illegal parts, or content we refuse. We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, including automated abuse of the 3 free generations per day. Serious or repeated abuse can end the subscription without a refund of the current period. If we close the service for a reason that is not your breach, unused prepaid time is refunded pro rata.
