Privacy

Cad Bot stores the part descriptions you submit, the generated geometry files, and a hashed, non-reversible form of your IP address used only to meter the free daily allowance. If you sign in, we store your Clerk user id and email so generations and Waffo subscriptions can be tied to the account. Payment details are handled by Waffo Pancake; we receive webhooks (plan, period, status) and do not store card numbers. Generated files are served through signed, expiring links and are not public. We do not sell data and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

Your data rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to close your Cad Bot account. Email cdstone.guo@gmail.com from the address on the account. We will respond within 30 days. Closing an account deletes the stored prompts and generated files we can identify as yours; billing records Waffo keeps as merchant of record stay with Waffo under their privacy policy. Clerk (sign-in) and Cloudflare (hosting) process data only to run the service.
